Our wonderful hardworking bee colonies live in woodlands on the edge of protected heathland. This means that they forage from heathland heather and gorse as well as apple and lavender and more from our garden. The honey they produce tends to be thick and with a complex taste.
We only take a little honey each year for friends and family to enjoy, meaning our bees have plenty of natural stores to see them through winter. Tadmoor honey is extracted by hand and not pasteurised.
